The 2010 FIA Formula Two Championship
After a highly successful maiden season of the FIA Formula Two
Championship which saw Andy Soucek crowned the first F2 champion
for 25 years in 2009, Dean Stoneman claimed the 2010 F2 crown after
an intense battle with compatriot Jolyon Palmer saw the
championship head down to the final round of the season at
Valencia.
Stoneman's victorious campaign followed a winter collaboration
between MotorSport Vision and the Williams Formula One team which
saw the championship make several major advances ahead of the 2010
season, ensuring it continues to provide a revolutionary
combination of optimum performance, professionalism and equality at
an exceptionally low cost.
The FIA Formula Two Championship was significantly
enhanced for 2010, including:
- A significantly enhanced car - the Williams JPH1B F2 car
was introduced for 2010 and proved to be around three seconds per
lap faster than its 2009 predecessor. For more information on the

- As 2010 F2 champion, Dean Stoneman will receive a full test
with the Williams F1 team - while Jolyon Palmer and Sergey
