2012 Event Format
In 2012, drivers will once again benefit from extensive track
time at each of the eight circuits with a total of 230 minutes of
running at each event.
Each weekend will incorporate two free practice sessions on Friday,
followed by a standalone 30 minute qualifying session to decide the
grid for Saturday's opening race of 40 minutes.
Like Saturday, Sunday will feature its own 30-minute standalone
qualifying session followed by a 40-minute race giving drivers
outstanding track time compared to rival series.
