How much information about the car set up do drivers get?

Absolutely everything. Every driver can not just see but is actually provided with (on a 1-to-1 confidential basis) their car's set up sheet detailing everything from cambers and ride heights to springs rates and anti roll bar sizes. Nothing is kept hidden between the F2 team and an individual driver so every driver can build up their own mental database of numerical values of every aspect of chassis set up to help with future decision making. This transparency of set up information is often not available in alternative series, where the teams are understandably very protective of their set up information to maintain their competitive advantage.
