Overview
2012 marks the fourth season of the new era of Formula Two,
which is now well established as part of motor racing's hierarchy
of single seater series. It continues to offer a unique combination
of performance, equality, reliability and very low cost, together
with an F1-dominated calendar and superb live television package.
This season sees a number of changes to the series including a new
spec F2 car which will lap around two seconds a lap faster than the
2011 machine.
